Ramin has a valuable background in entrepreneurship, engineering, law and investing. He advised Kevin O’Leary and Robert Herjavec on their Shark Tank deals, founded two tech startups, and received and successfully licensed a scientific patent. Prior to joining Luge, Ramin worked at the New York office of Osler Hoskin & Harcourt LLP, advising US and Canadian startups, VCs, and other businesses on legal matters for venture deals and M&A transactions ranging from six-figure financings to ten-figure exits.
Ramin holds a Bachelor of Chemical Engineering from Queen’s University and a JD/MBA from University of Toronto and Rotman School of Management. He is licensed to practice law in New York and Ontario.
